Get ready for 2026 by joining Cheryl Pascucci, NP, Certified Breathwork Facilitator for a transformational, 2.5 hour, online, eyes-closed, reclined, breathwork journey from your own home. $100 per person per session (sliding scale available).
These Online Breathwork Workshops provide for a non-drug journey allowing for release, while tapping into your own healing potential.

• Breathwork journey – intentional, music-infused session to support release
• Integration time – to reacclimate into everyday life.
